Delivery
Shipping charges will be applied in your shopping cart as a flat rate of £7.20. Customers who request any carrier other than DPD will not be able to see their shipping charges until the order ships.
Orders are shipped either on the day the order is received or the next day.
Our main parcel carrier is DPD. Other methods are available including, but not limited to, the Royal Mail and common carrier freight lines. When choosing an alternate service, certain restrictions may apply and additional charges may result.
Someone should be present at the delivery location in order to accept the package. There will be only one delivery attempt made by DPD that da. As a result it is critical that someone is available to accept the order.
The number of delivery days is based on the number of business days following the day of shipment (not including Saturday, Sunday , or holidays). This approximation may vary, and weather-related delays are not subject to freight refunds or adjustments. Delivery days provided by the carriers are considered estimates and are not guaranteed.
Liability Policy
Your sole and exclusive remedy against Carovan Trading Ltd is limited to the return and replacement of said merchandise. You shall have no right against Carovan Trading Ltd for incidental or consequential damages.
