Returns

Sometimes products might need to be returned to Carovan. Please take careful note of the following guidelines:

  1. All returns must be authorized by a member of our Customer Service Team prior to returning the merchandise. To obtain return authorization, please email us at care@carovan.co.uk
  2. Once approved, the goods must be returned with a copy of the invoice. Products not returned in this manner could be subject to refusal.
  3. Returns must be made within the 30 day period from of the date of purchase.
  4. It is not possible to return any seasonal merchandise.
  5. Misused or soiled products will not be accepted or credited.
  6. Credit due will be applied to your account after receipt and evaluation of merchandise.
CLAIMS/DAMAGES

Your ongoing satisfaction is important to us. If you have concerns regarding damaged or defective products or did not receive merchandise you ordered, please email us on care@carovan.co.uk within 72 hours of receipt.

LIABILITY POLICY

Your sole and exclusive remedy against Carovan Trading Limited is limited to the return and replacement of returned merchandise. You shall have no right against Carovan Trading Limited for incidental or consequential damages.
